We want you to love your new Lily & Lila jewellery. If the jewellery you have ordered is not quite what you were expecting, we have the following return options available – and we are always here to help. 

We have a 14 day return policy on all Full Price and Sale items. The return window begins on the day the order is delivered. You are eligible for a full refund or store credit if you meet the return conditions below. 

All returns must be: 

·        Unworn 

·        Have no signs of wear or damage 

·        In its original condition with tags

·        In all its original packaging (pouch included) 

·        Your return is initiated within 7 days of receiving your order 

·        Your return is sent back within 7 days of being approved

·        Return authorisation has been approved via email

Please note - The shipping cost to return an item is payable by the customer.
